Simple classification of LED electronic screen | ||||
The classification of LED electronic screens is various, which can be roughly classified according to the following methods:
(1) According to the application environment, it can be divided into indoor, outdoor and semi outdoor
The indoor screen area is usually less than 1 square meters to more than 10 square meters, and the point density is high. When it is used in non direct sunlight or lighting environment, and the viewing interval is several meters, the screen does not have the ability of sealing and waterproof. The outdoor screen area usually ranges from several square meters to dozens or even hundreds of square meters. The point density is relatively thin (mostly 1000-4000 dots per square meter). The brightness is 3000-6000cd / m2 (with different orientations and different brightness requirements). It can be used in direct sunlight. The viewing interval is tens of meters. The screen has outstanding wind and rain resistance and lightning protection ability. The external screen of half house is between outdoor and indoor, with high luminous brightness, and can be used outdoors without direct sunlight. The screen body has certain sealing, usually under the eaves or in the window.

(2) According to the color, it can be divided into single color, double primary color and three primary color (full color)
In some special cases, the red screen can be used as long as the single color green is used. The dual primary color screen is usually composed of red and yellow green emitting data.
The three primary color screen is divided into full color, which is composed of red, yellow green (wavelength 570nm), blue and natural color, which is composed of red, pure green (wavelength 525nm) and blue.
(3) According to the control or application method, it is divided into synchronous and asynchronous
The synchronous method means that the working method of LED electronic screen is basically equivalent to the monitor of computer. It can map the computer image on the monitor point by point with the update rate of at least 30 fields per second. It usually has the ability of multi gray color display, and can reach the multimedia advertising function.
Asynchronous method means that the LED screen has the ability of storage and automatic playback. The modified text and non gray image on PC are transmitted to LED screen through serial port or other network interface, and then automatically played off-line by LED screen. Generally, there is no multi gray display ability, which is mainly used to display text information and can be connected to multiple screens.
(4) Distinguish by pixel density or pixel diameter
Because the standard comparison of LED lattice module selected for indoor screen is consistent, it is usually divided according to the pixel diameter of modules: ∮ 3.0mm 60000 pixels / m2 ∮ 3.75mm 44000 pixels / m2 ∮ 5.0mm 17000 pixels / m2. There is no consistent standard for the pixel diameter and pixel distance of outdoor screen at present, according to the number of pixels per square meter 1024 points, 1600 points, 2000 points, 2500 points, 4096 points and other standards.
(5) According to the display function, it can be divided into
Video electronic screen: usually full color electronic screen; text electronic screen: usually single primary color electronic screen; graphic electronic screen: usually double primary color electronic screen; market electronic screen: usually digital tube or single primary color electronic screen.
